The Wagner and Kong Duo At University of Richmond

The Wagner & Kong Cello and Piano Duo will be performing at 7:30 pm on September 12 at the University of Richmond. German cellist Christoph Wagner is the winner of numerous international awards, and has performed in prestigious venues around the world. Joanne Kong, pianist and faculty member at the University of Richmond, was awarded a fellowship from the American Academy of the Arts in Europe, and was Grand Prize Winner in the 1985 International Piano Recording Competition. 

The duo will perform Franz Schubert’s Arpeggione Sonata, and the Sonata by César Franck.
