A coalition of 3rd District civic, resident, and business associations has come together to organize candidate forums for the 3rd District City Council and School Board races, as well as the Mayoral race to ensure that all of our voices are heard on issues critical to 3rd District residents and business owners. Candidate questions may be submitted by 3rd District residents and/or business owners through this survey tinyurl.com/rva3rddistrictforum .and anyone and everyone is welcome to attend!
