Historic Garden Week in Bellevue

03.2025

Five homes in Bellevue, the crowning gem of all of Richmond, will be featured on this year’s Historic Garden Week Tour. All of the houses are on the street that bears the name of Lewis Ginter’s life partner, John Pope. Ginter and Pope were responsible for laying the groundwork for the development of many Northside neighborhoods—among the first streetcar suburbs in the city. Two tours will be available on April 30; one from 10 am till 1 pm, the other from 1 pm till 4 pm.
